The Voss residence on Marigold Street has thirteen rooms. The blueprints filed with the city show twelve. When architecture student Mira Sahni is hired to survey the house for a heritage listing, she discovers the thirteenth room is not on any plan, not on any wall, and is waiting very patiently for her to find it.
